LIFESTYLE CONSULTATION

In your first session our coaches will get to know you, they will understand your current lifestyle in terms of sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress and movement.

They will understand your physical and mental goals.

Together we work to improve your performance and mindset in and out of the gym.

MOVEMENT SCREEN

Building solid foundations is essential to ensuring you feel confident and have pain free movement.

The movement screen is designed to see how your body performs the most common movements, such as a squat or getting up off the floor, our coaches are trained by our physio to identify deficient areas of mobility and stability.

These observations are discussed with you to identify how your lifestyle impacts this, such as sitting at a desk all day.

The coach will then incorporate exercises in your program to improve your mobility giving you more power on and off the gym floor.

BODY COMPOSITION

We all need to understand what our body is made up of, we use industry leading Tanita technology, known to give the most accurate body scan results.

Having the starting point of percentage of bone, fat, water and muscle in our body allows us to set realistic goals and track the progress.

All the data is available to access on our app and we recommend our members update their scan results every 6-8 weeks.

1:1 PERSONAL
TRAINING SESSION

Every member will receive a personal training session, the coach will use this session to understand what you enjoy, what your current fitness levels are and your comfort zone.


Based on your ability this will be from 25- 40mins.


Our coaches are motivating, encouraging and caring. They know first-hand the intimidation of the gym floor – so they will make you feel comfortable – and you’ll learn some amazing new stuff!

PERSONALISED PROGRAMME

Using all the information from the consultation, movement screen, body composition scan and PT session your coach will build a bespoke starter fitness and lifestyle program for you to follow for 6 weeks, the gym program is available on the app and easy to track when training, and if you have any questions you can contact your coach in the in-app messenger service.

This program is regularly updated with your coach, so that it’s always fun and keeping you challenged.

FITNESS Theory app

All members get access to our very own app where you can:

  • Book gym floor sessions
  • Book or cancel studio classes
  • Access to on-demand and live online classes
  • Review and follow your program
  • Message your coach directly
  • Review your body scan results and link any other health apps to get more data
  • View all your membership information
